I’m hugely passionate about people, psychology, and why each person thinks and acts the way they do. I am someone who needs to know ‘why’, and isn’t satisfied by an answer of ‘just because’ – as you can imagine, I was a nightmare child to raise!
It is a combination of this curiosity, strong communication skills, and my empathic nature which has helped me throughout my career in HR & Recruitment over the last decade. I have been lucky enough to meet a number of fascinating people and really get to the root of what drives & motivates them, and how I can help them with their next career move.
I have worked in the past as an Angular Developer and Blogger. Now i work as a Seo Executive.
In my current role, I am implementing people-centric company culture ideas and trying to develop the company brand, by writing user-friendly content to raise our profile on LinkedIn and attract more talent. I aim to deliver a smooth and enjoyable candidate journey for every applicant/new employee, as UX is important to me.
When I’m not working, I enjoy being outdoors in nature with my pup 🐶, plant-based food 🌱, going on adventures 🤩, and travelling the world 🌍. I love learning languages – I speak intermediate Spanish and am currently trying to make progress in French & Portuguese! Self-development is really important to me and I have read a lot of books, and made a lot of progress over the last few years in learning more about myself and how I connect with others. I have a constant desire to learn and know things, and have found my creative spirit in the form of relearning guitar and improving my photography skills!
